About
NabuX
NabuX makes NABU Compare, a tool for comparing the documents and the design of a construction project between two of its stages.
The owner
Eslam Mansour is a construction and BIM engineer. He has reviewed tender, contract and construction issues of large building projects: checking registers against files, revisions against title blocks, and one stage's drawings against the next.
NABU Compare started as the record of that work. Each step a reviewer takes, each rule applied by hand, was written down and built in. The tool keeps growing the same way: every new project adds its lessons.
What we hold to
- Every document counted; every exception named.
- Every reason with its reference.
- Findings graded by what is drawn.
- Short, exact wording; engineering text only.
- Project files read, never changed.
- One file to deliver, readable offline by anyone.
Where we work
NABU Compare runs on the project's own files, on the owner's machine or a reviewer's. Reports can be prepared by NabuX for a project, or the tool can be used by a review team.
