Document and design comparison for construction

What changed between two issues of a project.

NABU Compare reads the registers and the drawings of two project stages, pairs every document, grades every change, and delivers one self-contained HTML report with an Excel workbook.

Made to your measure: the checks, the grading rules, the report and the workbook are set up for your project and the way you review.

What it does

Three comparisons, one report, priced to the bill.

Document registers

Every register row and every drawing file of both stages, paired by number, revision and date. Nothing is dropped; every exception is listed with its reason.

Drawing comparison

Sheet against sheet. Each change is looked at, named by element, graded Major, Medium or Minor, and shown as a side-by-side evidence crop.

Specification comparison

Whole specification volumes compared section by section, and checked for consistency against the drawings and schedules of the same issue. Every finding is linked to the bill of quantities items it affects.

The deliverable

One HTML page. One Excel workbook.

The report is a single file that opens offline on any computer or phone. Filters, search and exports are inside it. The Excel workbook is exported from the page, from a proper template.

Self-contained
One HTML file, no network, no installation. Images and data embedded.
Reconciled
Per-discipline sums equal the totals. Every "not compared" says why and gives its reference.
Graded
Major, Medium, Minor by what is drawn. Tags for category, zone and disciplines touched.
Exportable
Excel with a title block, frozen header, autofilter, banded rows, one sheet per exception list, and each finding's evidence image.

Built by an engineer

Made for the people who sign off drawings.

NabuX is the company of Eslam Mansour, a construction and BIM engineer. NABU Compare was built on real stage-to-stage reviews and follows the rules a reviewer applies by hand. Every engagement is customised to your needs: scope, rules, report and workbook.
